Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part Time Business/Office Manager to support our 50+ member co-working office in the heart of Chestnut Hill. The role is to oversee the daily operations of the office and engage and support all members.
The ideal candidate will thrive on building relationships with our members and creating a comfortable, happy and productive environment for everyone. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to troubleshoot and juggle multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Oversee general daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of the office and building.
Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and systems to create organized records and reports about members, and provide regular information to support the property management, business and accounting team.
Coordinate schedules with other team members, ensuring 9 to 5 front desk coverage.
Work with other team members regarding property management, security, IT and logistics and supply needs.
Ensure that all building spaces are clean and well organized.
Support property management needs.
Build relationships with existing and prospective members and ensure they have the support they need. Be ready to problem solve a wide array of challenges with responsive and innovative solutions.
Managing onboarding and recruitment of new members.
Plan and coordinate space and logistics to support member and community gatherings; ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Support marketing, social media and internal communications, including interaction with the Chestnut Hill community.
Manage a variety of special projects to improve overall operations and community support services.
Skills and Experience
Proactive with strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience with juggling multiple priorities in real time.
Solid technology experience and aptitude with a range of software tools, including Microsoft Office, project management software, member billing tools, and building security hardware and software.
Ability to be flexible and stay calm while trouble shooting.
A sense of humor and fun.

Hourly rate based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time – on site
Pay: $30 to $35 per hour
