40 West Workspace is a coworking space in the heart of the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. We have operated for over 15 years and have a thriving mix of approximately 50 members. We started 40 West as an incubator for entrepreneurs, and we have lots of small businesses who have been with us for many years. Our primary focus is creating an environment where people can work, thrive, build, earn, and have fun.
